APC Deployable Scouts
What are the statistics for the 5 APC Scouts?
Are they of the same level as your normal scouts?
Or are they of an independent level?

The Scouts in an APC are the same level as your normal scouts. So if you have Level 3 Scouts, the Scouts in a Level 1 APC will be Level 3.
